For sale this GVP Video Card, the EGS 28/24 Spectrum. Does auto Zorro II or III for use in Amiga 2000, 3000 or 4000. It has 2 MB installed.

Driver disks for download on Amiga Hardware Database (I downloaded from there to install and test the card).

Includes the card, and the passthrough video cable. Tested in one monitor, works great, check attached photos.

Price is $250 USD plus shipping and paypal fees (or gift payment). Shipping options are: Registered airmail (if you're not in a rush, takes up to 6 weeks) or DHL Express (in your doorstep in 2 days). Keep in mind it will be shipped from Mexico, so shipping cost is not cheap. That's why I give some options.

Please declare interest and send PM with your zip code to quote shipping cost. Also listed elsewhere.

Interested.
Edit: interest withdrawn. Sorry, I confused this card with the one that piggybacks on the G-Force.

Still for sale.

Keep in mind it will be shipped from Mexico, so shipping cost is not cheap. But I give some options for the buyer to choose.

Although I worked for GVP back then, I didn't get to use one at the time. The memory of the pass-through cable pin out is vague - What is the cable pin out on the Amiga-video port facing side? is it a 9-pin male (a-la Microway Flicker-fixer connection)? or is it a 15-pin VGA male intended for the Commodore 23->15 RGB adapter widget? I have one of these cards w/4MB, and it runs nice in the A4000T in Z3 mode, with the picasso96 drivers, but no pass through cable, and no manual. Not expressing interest.

Edit: Cancel query - just spotted the answer in a pic that I missed.

PM replied to wmaciv.

thebajaguy - It's a great card! I made the cable myself. Found the pinout on another amiga forum. It's indeed VGA 15 pin male, to 9 pin female, to work with a commodore rgb to vga adapter.

Many thanks. I have a straight DB23F to DB9F from an Amiga monitor I was going to try. I think that was what my brother used when he had it in the A2000 we shared, but I never saw it with that board in action.

Arrived midday today, well packed and in good shape. Will test a bit later, but please with the transaction. Gotta love DHL...

That was fast!

That's why I prefer DHL. I hope this example helps others to always choose that option. Better safe (and fast) than sorry.

Thanks for buying, please add feedback when you're all set. :)
