Sold Electronic Design Neptun Genlock + VHS digitizer (?)

Time to sell two of the most.....useless items of my Amiga collection. I have never been a video editing guy, neither on modern platforms or on retro systems so you can forgive my ignorance about this stuff.

For sale, one Electronic Design Neptun Genlock plus another device that "might" be a VHS video digitizer or something :huh:. Any info on this would be much appreciated BTW. I'm letting go both because i simply don't think i'll ever use them. They are untested and unboxed but visually they seem OK without blemishes and/or marks.

The second item appears to be a video and audio fader. Allowing you to fade down either the sound or the video or both. I used to have something similar years ago.
