The cable itself is very well built and produces a fantastic image. The alternatives around the same price—s-video or scart through cheap component or hdmi converter—either produce an inferior image or require a multiple item setup. If your screen supports 240p from component, this is a very simple solution that produces an incredible image.

My only reason for selling it is that I dont use it enough, someone who will truly appreciate it should have it. That said, I have the Sega cable and would NEVER even think of selling it.
