Terratec EWS64XL, have used this periodically over the years - sold as working. Memory stick included.
Front box included along with both ribbon cables.
The card may be set up with a lot of things disabled - you just need to use the firmware utility to re-enable.
Various manuals [most if not all in German], and a set of CDs as shown - the home made ones are for TerraPac [3 CDs] and TerraPac II [3 CDs] which I assume are some freebies which are or were downloadable from the Terratec website.
