This is the model which can be used with the Blitz copy but I never used or tested it with that.

Tested and working through ATK and for correct R/W/F.
New capacitors on the drive.

I am asking for 40€ plus shipping through PayPal as F&F.

Drive received. All in order, as described and in addition seller was kind enough to include the missing rubber foot and an additional set of rubber feet.
Packaging was EXCELLENT!
