External Hard Drive for PS3/ Xbox 360 !?

I bought WD Elements(quite bit improve since 10 years ago!) 500GB for my ps 3 or XBOX 360 and I have notice that my hard drive file system is NTFS.

Do I have to format Fat32 to work with PS 3 or XBOX 360!?

Format it while connected to the console - it will be on the systems own file format. 360 will be max 32gb and will be xFAT32

For XBOX 360? I need find a plug and Scart for it as I dont know where I have put it :roll:

PS 3? I Dont get it as I format xFAT32 then I put picture of jpg or PNG on to the hard drive then I went plug on PS 3 then click on hard drive icon on my ps 3 and it say no image....

What I doing wrong?
