Closed External Scan Doubler

Still trying to find a scan doubler that will work with my A1000. My ECS is now installed in my 500 so I still need something to allow me to connect my A1000 to an NEC multisync LCD.

Graffiti is not a scandoubler mate nor a flickerfixer.
It's a "special" sort of graphics card that allows specially adapted software to display 256 colors out of 262144. Not Workbench itself nor games, but some specific applications (maybe some games also) that I don't recall atm.

Ah, then that is not what I need. I need a scan doubler mainly for using music software on my A1000. Thank you.

Very hard now to find a external scandoubler-flickerfixer....

Time a go I´m searching also one external solution. But not good offers...

So, finally I take one outside from Amibay. It´s a very good solution and works on any Amiga and LCD/CRT Monitors with VGA inputs....

on a 2000 with great success. You need an adapter from the amiga monitor port to vga though, as well as a male to male vga cable.

Yes, is the same I have.

I buy from USA and received on 5 days (I´m from Spain). As runequester said, you need only RGB to VGA adapter and VGA M-M cable.

Quality is great!!!

You can also use an External RGB --> S-VHS adapter like the one that Amigamaniac sells and input it on an El'Cheapo S-VHS to VGA Upscaler. The results are very good!!!
