I'm in the US so I know I can't buy it, but can you post a better picture of the serial number sticker? helps determine board revision and therefore might spark more interest.

With that said my Fastlane Z3 doesn't have the SCSI termination resisters. Would you mind pulling them (long yellow SIP next to the internal SCSI connector) and posting a pick or at least posting the part numbers. I need to pick some up and I haven't been able to find good info in my searches.

SCSI terminators are standard. 221/331 (220ohm/330ohm), and all that matters are the number of pins per part (in this case, 8 pin). The dot on the pack matches the squared socket/PCB pin for each. You would need 3 pieces. There are some drives with a DIP variant (Fujitsu comes to mind), and a few with only two components (some 3.5" Maxtor I have seen) that have more pins, but they are fairly rare.
