FAULTY A1200 motherboard

The board is revision 1D

I have tested it today, and the LED's light up (not included), and a HxC floppydrive (not included)
There has been a repair on the board, and I see at least 10 dead/burnt thingys around the same area, see photo.
Other than the above, board looks fine.

This might be an easy fix for someone with the skills..
