Fixing a Commodore 64C - no sound

I really don't want to admit to this one, but here goes...it has a happy ending anyway.

My Commodore 64C had lost it's sound and I was trouble shooting the problem. I had checked the fuse and reseated the SID chip and it made no difference.

Then I noticed a little slide switch on the back marked "Hi-Lo"....it was set to "Lo"....

You can guess what happened when I switched it to "Hi" with the TV Volume turned up to 11.....:wooha: The switch must have been inadvertently moved to the "Lo" setting while I was moving stuff around.

All I can say about it is :Doh: and :oops:
