No software, but a Quick Reference Guide is included.

I wasn't planing to drop the price anymore, but to wait a few more days and then put it on E-bay, along with all the other stuff that hasn't sold here. I can't drop the price any more, because it INCLUDES shipping charges. These are heavy binders, and they are coming from Canada.
