Closed Functional C64 Motherboard Assy 250425 or 250466

I'm looking for a C64 motherboard which places the SID in a 'high' position, close to the serial & A/V ports.

The reason for this is, I have a transparent Kickstarter case and a SwinSID Ultimate, and I want to be able to see the LEDs on the SwinSID through the case.

I'm willing to pay a little more for a populated board, but if it's missing a few chips that's fine. The board should be functional in the sense that there are no broken traces, lifted solder pads, etc. If I fully populate it with IC chips it should work.

I'll consider either a PAL or NTSC board, although I would prefer to have an NTSC one. (I'm US based)

I have a fully functional 250425 type NTSC. I almost never use it and it is in very good condition.
