Opportunity!
Commodore 64 + monitor + floppi (sic) disk + 2 joestick (sic) + cables
The computer turns on with the blue screen, but "ready" does not appear.
It can be fixed since my father is a techician and he repaired hundreds of those, but he throw away all the components since he tought nobody would be interested anymore.
At the electronics fair there was a man selling this for € 1000!
I offer this for <snip>...LOLprie <snip> (...WOW (y) )

[edit]
Sorry Sam, I had to edit your post as it could be seen as price driving/guding, I know you didn't mean it this way, so please dont worry, unfortunately like the off-side rule in football price driving / guiding may seem equally complicated. However this will make sense with the more time you are here.

Unfortunately linking to auctions (non-buy it now) is also not allowed so I had to remove the link also. Z

Hi Sam,

I edited your post for a few reasons. The first, most important reason is that we don't allow discussion of prices on AmiBay. I know we all see these outrageous eBay listings and want to talk about them, but it can be considered price driving so we don't allow it. The second reason is that you linked to an eBay auction. The only eBay links that are allowed on AmiBay are those with a Buy It Now option.

Thanks for your understanding. :)

Take care,

Heather

I think we get the picture anyway... Some feebay sellers are just plain nuts! Or just overly greedy and preying on gullible people who have no real knowledge regarding the value of retro hardware (n)

OK!

OK!

Well I tought that was so nuts that it couldn't be seen as a threat at all :) anyway my fault, I didn't remember links to auctions were not allowed (ok, ok :readit:) but I hope you had a good laugh expecially at the last bit... Someone was TRYING to sell it for millions, so I try too :ninja: :D

Ciao!

Hi Sam,

I think that we are aware of and have seen most kinds of LOL_Price, LOL_Rare and LOL_Description that are on a particular site *cough*...

We can all dream, eh?

LOL! I didn't think you could see me! :p

You like my outfit? It's got the classic "stab me here" opening in the chest area, just like the female Klingon outfits in Star Trek.
