Does your n64 need rgb modding for this to work ??

Is it the same cable that fits a gamecube ?? Can you test on that ??

Updated - I checked Gamecube and it is the same things. What I do is press Input of my remote control to see what Input on my screen is and no HDMI even thought I plug HDMI ADAPTER in !

Does it need to be actively powered?

I have turn on Gamecube with HDMI Adapter to TV but no TV Singal as should be HDMI Icon on input screen but no. I have send email to ebay man I bought from him and no reply at all and I am not sure if you got one as well if is work then how did you got it work?

I don't have one, but the photo you posted has a USB cable in it. That suggests that the adapter has a port where you need to supply power via USB. Have you plugged that in?

where you need to supply power via USB. Have you plugged that in? I havnt plug that because instruction isnt really clear and so if I plug that in and where the USB port going go? I dont think my TV got USB Port

This item states that you need to supply power through the USB cable and it looks the same as they one you posted.

Plug the one end into a regular phone charger. The other end should plug into the cable somewhere, probably the HDMI side.
Personally, I wouldn't bother with these cheapo analogue to digital converters as the lag they generate is bloody awful.
You really need an upscaller like a retroTINK/HDMI mod if you want to use retro consoles on a modern telly.

The picture is correct but where I would Plug USB port to?

I will have checked that!

I going try it on Modem Monitor as it got USB port in there.

Many TVs have USB ports also that should provide enough power.
