Obtained from Amiga Forever in this thread.
Two of the books were the same apart from the edition number.
The book is in good condition with only a slight bend on the cover.
There is a CD to accompany the book which allows you to install the interpreter for BlitzPlus.
The CD is not included but can be found on the internet.
