GBA1000 TSOP bin file needed.......

Guys Does anyone have the GBA1000 TSOP bin file, cos Kipper2k needs it (He don't have it) , so he can re-program one for me, and solder the IC to the board too, that I'm buying from him..

this can be programmed from within workbench so the chip does not need to be programmed prior to installation
