Just in case if somebody would like to save something on the account of the other bay...
Wouldn't even notice if I wasn't going after an item on the other Bay that was open only to UK bidders....so I had to open an account on their UK page as a UK user....OK additional time spent but I wanted that item....
Managed to bid on it but at the end was outbid as my budget was well short of the final price...
Anyway...a week or two after that auction I received a voucher for 5 GBP from their UK site for my next purchases....:huh:...OK, I'm not going to complain to a free money gift...
....and spent it!
I wouldn't be me if I wouldn't try again....:shhh:........anyway, the thing is if you are a new user (you can create as many users as you want actually) and you've been outbid on your first auction they will send you a 5 GBP voucher....tried with additional user profiles and it looks like these are the conditions...new user and outbid on your first auction...
Had to purchase the correct RAM (5V) for the GBA1000 and used this free discount (around 10% of the final value)......time to get something back from the evil Bay...
