ok tested the items as requested and the cdrom is faulty.

detected and both floppy disks install.

the device status says, at.bus or no cdrom,

if you eject the drive the status changes $91, disk loaded $51

so it sees the device but not reading disks.

the goliath PSU worked no issues and quiet.

price reduced.
