About the computer:
- It has all the original ECS custom chips
- Tested and verified, It works great and is all original.
- it's been running NTSC with the original crystal 28.63636 for the Agnus.
- it has been well cared for and is in great condition except it has a few minor defects (details below and in the pictures)
- 68030 25 MHz, 16MB Fast Ram, 2MB chip ram
- Kickstart 3.1 40.68
Included:
- External SCSI CD-ROM drive with terminator and SCSI cable
- RGB2HDMI CPLD FlickerFixer with Raspberry Pi Zero all pre-configured providing great HDMI video output
- 15k RPM Seagate Cheetah SCSI HDD 146GB. This is a server grade high speed SCSI drive, it will be blank and ready for installation.
- Original excellent condition Chinon FB-354 DD Floppy Drive, missing the original eject button that has been replaced with a nice 3D printed one.
- High quality internal server fan was added to keep it running cool (the HDD runs pretty warm)
- The original Workbench 3.0 floppy media, they seem to work but due to their age I cannot guarantee. I know the Install disk has errors but I have the ADF's so let me know if you want me to make a working set which can be used for backup.
- If you don't want anything let me know as it may reduce shipping cost.
What's not included:
- Keyboard and mouse. Sorry, I haven't had the originals since the 90's
- the original manuals. Sorry, no longer have these
- the original box.
Defects:
- The case has a large spot where the paint came off and more came off during cleaning, but it should be pretty easy to repaint.
- Years ago a failed SCSI drive caused some apparently overheating? (I'm not sure exactly) of one of the onboard circuit trace on the motherboard. However, the SCSI controller works fine, I did have a little trouble with the motherboard onboard SCSI termination afterwards but all SCSI devices work and all this means is if it doesn't boot it is probably not properly SCSI terminated. To solve all I did was add termination.
- The Floppy Drive is missing the original eject button that has been replaced with a nice 3D printed one.
- Please see the pictures to see these defects.
