Hi,for sale like new Gotek External Drive Adapter for Amiga,supplied with power cable,ribbon data cable not provided.
Plugs into the floppy drive port at the back of the Amiga.
Very compact - only 5cm x 4.5cm.
Works with the Gotek Floppy Emulator Drive that has been flashed with the Cortex firmware.
Tested with the A500/A600/A1200.
Appears as DF1: to the computer.
Bootable from the Early Boot Menu (some Amigas do not support booting from external disk drive - consult your manual).
Access files on your External Gotek drive in Workbench.
Please note:
This adapter has been designed for the Gotek drive - it may work with other types of drive but we cannot guarantee it.
Some games will not boot from an external drive. This is not a fault of the adapter.
