Item has been tested successfully with ATK v1.21 memory test on my A4000/040@25MHz OS3.9 BB2.
Card firmware is last version released, it can be upgraded to a new release as this is available, but need a Xilinx JTAG cable, so I can do it for you if new firmware is released (obviously you have to send me the card).
