I've just checked and the Declare Interest button hasn't shown on this thread because the prefix was set as 'Reserved'

I'll see if this can be changed for future threads so that it shows for Reserved as well as For Sale

This is being worked on for Reserved threads but for now I've changed this back to For Sale so you can officially Declare Interest
