Hi all, my name is Alexandre Souza, and I'm the (call it whatever you want...owner, webmaster, gatekeeper...) of the www.tabalabs.com.br site.

I'm a long time amiga user, but had a hiatus of some years. Last week I got an "A2000 kit" :D and rebuilt everything. Now she's working like a treat. I still have to exchange the Fat Agnus socket (it is broken and sometimes gives bad contact) but it is working. I still miss a keyboard, but I'll find it

Also, I'm looking for an A2091A controller or something like that to make it complete :)

Some photos (and a video) here:

Greetings from Brazil! :thumbsup:

@tabajaraLabs

A warm welcome to AmiBay, (I understand its a little cold there at the moment)

I have been hearing / seeing some of your most cool hackery exploits from your fellow Sao Paulo-ian rkauer and its great to welcome a kindred spirit to this great community.

I am sure you will have lots of fun, theres projects a-plenty to keep you amused and inspired for some time to come.

Welcome aboard Alexandre! Nice start you did with the A2000 :thumbsup:

cracked..

Hi and welcome:thumbsup:

Great you got a 27c800 working on a2000, nice kick switcher:thumbsup: I only tested it one myself on A600.

That floppy is used as DD right? I do not understand Brazilian, it matches a bit with French but not enough.

Welcome again to Amibay, Tabajara!

@Zetr0: I live ~1200km far from Alexandre's house. But we know each other anyway. Hackering Amiga boards is not something one can't ignore, mainly in a country "poor" of Amigas.

Anyway, I put together a "Tabajara A601" on Aminet quite some years ago as an homage to Alexandre.
