Hello All,

My name is Ethan, I live in the great state of New York, in the USA. I am a novice when it comes to retro computers. I had never owned an Amiga till I found an Amiga 2000 in an e-waste pile last week. I am now gathering the correct cords to hook it up to the monitor I found with it. I always loved to mess around with computers even as a young kid, and got back into retro computers as a whole when I watched an 8-bit guy video on laptops that are good for MS DOS gaming. I purchased a Toshiba Satellite 430 CDT, but quickly grew frustrated with the floppy drive and put it in storage. I then saw a Phil's Computer Lab video on building a computer where you could control the CPU speed, and went nuts gathering all of the parts to do so myself. Being able to change the speed was such a cool concept to me, I loved the idea of being able to play games from different eras on the same computer. The computer works great, but of course is always being messed with.

I am also big fan of video games, have tons of systems, been going through a RGB modding phase/craze. That has been a learning experience to say the least.

Anywho I am very glad this site exists, seems like a cool place.

I am looking forward to meeting folks.
