GVP A530, anyone know what this part is called

It's the black square behind the round power connector. Ok, I found out it's a relay.

Now it says Coil:5vdc .... I see several matching parts but most say Coil:12vdc, can the 12vdc one be used instead or is this a big no no? Sorry, probably sounds like a stupid question to some of you but oh well

I found some 5vdc but they are all in lots of 4 or 5 .. just need 1, which is when I usually buy 2 in case I mess up .. LOL

no bud,i wouldnt use a 12 volt relay in place of a 5 volt one.

I found the right one at Digi-Key, now I just need to think of what else to order, I am sure there are some more parts I needed, guess I should start writing that stuff down when I think of it ... OLD AGE ..
