Ok, this has been discussed in various forums according to my search, but i see no one clearly answering it:
There's a set of Jumpers on this specific board, namely SCSI ID J10-J12.
Obviously, they're there for setting up either the onboard scsi ID of the controller, or perhaps of a (doubt it) connected storage device.
The manual just mentions that it's a set of SCSI ID jumpers (duh) :)
No detail on that though.. Any one figured those out?
It's not for a card of my own, i'll have to pass the info to a friend who actually lives far, so can't test this myself.
Thanks!

Even though I don't have any experience with the particular controller, the most logical assumption is that those jumpers exist to set the ID number of the SCSI controller itself.

Cheers,

Thanks dabone, will pass this info as is, and we'll see (y)
It's just that i always thought that a controller would either have an 0 or 7 ID...

The recommended setting for SCSI controllers is always ID7 (the three jumpers closed).
