Has Amiga Format Special 8 Annual 94 been scanned to PDF?

I have been looking at the scans of Amiga magazines on places like Bombjack and Archive.org but can't seem to find any PDF of Amiga Format Special Issue 8 Annual '94
Does anyone know if it has been scanned anywhere?
It is this one with the freaky babies head and a CD32 on the cover.

It's not one I've seen a scan of, I vaguely remember reading it when it came out. I've been on a bit of reminiscing trip rereading magazines, it's one I don't have, so it would be good to get a scan of it if it exists somewhere.

I have spent about 2 hours this evening looking to see which magazines have been scanned and which are missing. From my Googling it appears that a chap from NZ said he had every AF including the all the specials and he was going to scan them all but that was a few years ago now so perhaps he gave up before he got around to scanning that one.
