This guide is intended for those that have tried to sign up for Amibay but their account has been refused access to the main site.
This will give you some idea as to why and what you can do about it:

1. Your location could not be verified as part of the security checks that we carry out. Do NOT use a VPN or proxy server during signup.

2. You provided a fake e-mail address. The rules of our site ask that you provide a verifiable e-mail address.

3. You attempted to create a new account but you already have an existing membership to the site. We only allow one account per person.

4. Your account was identified as being associated with a previously banned member.

5. Your details are known to us due to your poor behaviour on other trading sites.

If your account has not been activated, but you believe it should have been, you can e-mail admin@amibay.com to provide sufficient account information or to state your case as to why we should reconsider our decision.
