Hey there,

would anyone happen to know where I could get loose 68 pin SCSI connectors to build my own cable with? It's dead easy to get IDC connectors, Centronics stuff or D-Sub plugs from whereever, but I haven't been able to find these SCSI things in any of my usual electronics places (eg Digikey).

Also, is the pitch on the cable something unusual, or is it 0.050" like I suspect?

Cheers!

The best source of SCSI connectors I know are SCSI cables (male connectors) and broken SCSI devices like HDD, controllers, CD-ROM (female connectors). You can buy a lot of them on evilbay. :)

Well, I did think of that of course, but it would be nicer to not need to disassemble the connectors :) Are they really that hard to get hold of otherwise? Right up there with the Amiga PSU plug and 23 pin video DSub :)
