Closed Headland 286/16, 1MB - faulty - for spares or repair

Hi,

I have for sale a 286-16Mhz motherboard with 1MB memory. It's based on Headland chipset.

PSU won't power on. It seems there is a tantalum short somewhere. I'm not skilled enough to tackle this one.
