Hi everyone!

Here's my Amiga history:

First I was spellbound by Bullfrog's Populous reviews and images in the magazines so it was compulsory to get A500 and so I bought used A500 at the end of the 80s, but played only floppy games on it and never learned how to upgrade it back then. Never even learned how to use Workbench or command line. Then I sold the machine it at the start of 90s.

Few years ago, I finally acquired three A500 REV6A machines. One of them was in so bad shape so I cannibalized some parts of it, but got 2 working units with little maintenance work. Then I got also a REV5 unit.

For one of the REV6A units, I upgraded with Wicher 508i and managed to upgrade chip ram to 1MB though trapdoor and IDE2SD adapter with 32GB SD card and got most of the WHDLoad games to work nicely. It has now Hyperion 3.1.4 ROM.

Then two years ago, I managed to find and buy reasonable priced A600... Which I upgraded with Furia and got it also working with WHDLoad with IDE2SATA adapter and 120GB SSD. It has now multiboot Hyperion 3.2 ROM + Kickstart 1.3 + Kickstart 3.1.

I have been looking for A1200 for years but the prices have run out of my reach so I am thinking about some FPGA or emulation (maybe the incoming full-sized "The A500").

Registered here today because Google found a thread about someone selling PicoGUS inside the EU (I presume).
