Hello from North Texas

I'm an old guy who bought an Amiga 1000 in mid-1986, as best as I can recall. This was shortly after it became available. Boy, there were some great times playing Archon with friends. The machine has been in the closet or the attic for years, and now I'm going to be relocating overseas, and it's time to let it go. I recently got it all out and hooked it up. It powers up, no sparks, but my old kickstart 1.3 disk doesn't seem to do anything. I'd like to see it find a new home with a caring family (or at least some guy who is also nuts about these things).
