I have just dusted off the Amiga 1200 after 20 years in the loft. I now want to get it up and running, playing WHDLOAD, but it won't work for some reason?
I am a total novice with computers so hoping someone on here can help

Please forgive me, I am a total computer novice and I need help to allow my kids to play the excellent amiga games I grew up with.
I have just dusted off my Amiga 1200 after 20years in the loft. I have bought and installed this....

....but I can't get any of the games to work.
I have spent tonight researching online and it appears that there are some pretty expensive ways to fix it and some cheaper ones.
All I want to do is be able to play games such as Cannon Fodder, Street Fighter, Paperboy, Sensible Soccer, Worms, Lemmings, etc. I am not a serious gamer at all, so I just want a quick cheap fix that allows the games to work.
I would greatly appreciate any advice on the best way to tackle this. We were all disappointed when it didn't work as this was not mentioned on the listing that extra purchases would be required. My boys really want to get playing on it.
