Your demo site is looking nice. A couple of suggestions. Remove the references to Joomla from the template. Keeping them in will attract hacking attacks as they will easily know the software the site is running on. Also some of the text in the footer and menus is very hard to read. Shows a lot of promise though. Keep working on it.

Just a small doubt: you live on Paris in Texas/Illinois/Kentucky/Massachusetts or Paris/France?

I think is France, but I can be wrong.
