Help compiling C for Window 7 x64

I want bin2efcrt for Windows 7 x64. There is no exe available. I tried Peles C and GCC and i cant get it to compile. Online c compilers work but don't give an exe.

Can anyone offer me a compiled exe or compile it for me ?

Try this one.

Had to do some minor changes to make it build with MSVC, but I think it should be fine.
