Help identifying Amiga 1200 030 Accelerator card

Can anybody inform me which make and model of Accelerator card this is?, it has a 030 running at 40mhz

the only identifying text is the word JONA on the back???

This is Apollo card. It is very good card. Is good QFP cpu exchange for PGA cpu on the 50 MHz. And add memory slot.
