When I play demos on my 4000T, I get lines and "snow" on the screen (links to video examples are below). What could be causing this? I have an Escom A4000T 040 without an RTG card. Connected to the Amiga's RGB out is an RGB to HDMI external flicker fixer/scan doubler (https://www.ebay.com/itm/186081172807), which connects to my Dell monitor (model S2422HG) via HDMI. The demos came on the Amiga OS 3.1 CF card I purchased from a well known seller. Some demos fail to load (example: World of Commodore, see photo for error code). Not sure if the following details matter, but my system hasn't been re-capped and I'm using the original PSU.

Has the sound/video breakout board been recapped? (And the rest of the motherboard)

Edit, just read it's not been recapped, that's most likely the issue, continuing to use it runs the risk of permanent damage so please get this rare Amiga serviced ASAP!

Edit 2, it's not uncommon to get issues with some games/demos on an 040 some will flat out just not work whilst others will have speed or even graphical issues

Just like fitzsteve said - recap asap. When recapping, use low version of cap for CE164C, just in case if in the future you will want to install Indi Aga Mk3.
Check voltage on "original PSU" - they were cheapest generic crap. If possible - upgrade.
There is a Pal/Ntsc jumper switch on the board. Most of the demos are intented to be played in PAL.

@fitzsteve @Niezgodka I found these two AT PSUs on Ebay. Would you guys mind taking a look at them and letting me know which one you recommend for my 4000T? My biggest concern is the amp rating on the rails. I don't know what's acceptable.
Option 1
Option 2

To be honest, both looks as generic as the one in stock A4000T. And it might be fine, as long as it is reccaped.
Your other option is to use modern ATX PSU with AT adapter.

Here is my PSU
