The A4000 is now fully operational. I found a DPS PAR in France, it is in the A4000. I also add a ZZ9000, that is a wonderful RTG + Ethernet and memory expansion card.
I recovered some of my old pics... it was a bit emotional
Now i'm learning Lightwave and try to relaunch my skills with Imagine.

What can I say ... Old Amigaist like 99% of the guys here I guess. I was crazy about my 2000 boosted with a PPS 040, SCSI, scan-doubler and especially a crazy PAR. All sold stupidly 20 years ago. I started a collection that is starting to be pretty good: A1000, A500, A2000 and A4000.
A1000 remains blocked white screen, no prompt for kickstart (that said, it lacks a floppy drive).
A500 new! She still had the warranty stickers on the case and one of the screws
A2000 nickel, but completely empty. I caught a SCSI card with HD in the meantime, but the 2000 is in Kickstart 1.3.
A4000 boot again after a good cleaning. The fast is not recognized.
My idea: change the capacitors for the 2000 and 4000, repair on 4000 (we have a pro in France, I will entrust it).
Pass the 2000 in 3.1.
Goal: recover the sources of the time when I was doing a lot of computer graphics with Imagine. I also wrote in a magazine, Amiga News, introductory articles or for advanced use in computer graphics on Imagine. The best, convert these sources and have them calculated by an SGI lying around my desk
I have Jazz, Zip, Syquest and readers who are doing well. Look forward to the 2000 and 4000 in good health!
