Hi, I'm from the Rotterdam area in Holland.
I have been busy with computers since the VIC-20 (a friend owned it).
I myself started with a ZX-Spectrum 48K, then MSX and finally PC.
Over the years I collected some golden oldies like for example VIC-20, C64, C16, C128, Amiga 500, Amiga 2500, Acorn BBC Micro, a few more Speccies, Tandy TRS-80 model III etc.
Some of them need some attention like the BBC, the Amiga 2500 and the Tandy.
I joined the Amibay because I will probably need some advice when I start repairing them and keep the rest of the collection in good shape.

I already got some information from the forums.
Luckily I got the Amiga 2500 up and running last night!
All it needed was pressing the IC in the sockets a bit.
Also will need to replace the Varta battery. It's leaking. Will do the coin battery mod to prevent leaking in the future.
The Rodimo drive is getting old now. Needed some convincing to start working (engineering trick)
So... it's alive! (again)
