I’m 42 now and pretty much grew up with the Amiga. My first A500 came along when I was about 6, and it was my world back then. Fast forward to last year—I dug it out of storage, cleaned it up, and to my surprise it fired right back up and works perfectly. Since then I couldn’t resist grabbing another 500 just to mess around with mods and experiments, while keeping my original one as close to stock as possible (well… except for an external Gotek
).
Currently I am awaiting delivery of a pi storm and thanks to a local friend, I managed to also get a commodore 1084s which I will be picking up tomorrow.
I might bombard you guys with some questions in the near future….
