Hi there, trying to update my avatar?

I know it's not important or life changing, but I really want to update my avatar and I can't seem to do it from my profile? There doesn't seem to be an option. Had my Quake III jpg all primed and ready but can't figure out how to change it.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
