Hi been watching theses forums for a while and finally decided to join
as I have always had a soft spot for the amiga as it was my first computer that I did any serious stuff with.

Regards

Welcome niteman1969.

Chances are here you can take your old AmigaExperience to a higher level than ever before.

Grtz, PymerOne.

Thanks all for the welcome, well from no kit really apart from some really badly degraded a500's that have not even been turned on for a couple of year at least.

I have suddenly purchased a sam440ep , an amiga 1200hd and an a4000 in a matter
of a day or two....

Looking forward to some retro and new amiga goodness.

I didn't even know that the amiga was net/web capable until i stumbled on this
forum when I decided to get rid of my old a500's and I was pretty much hooked
on reading up on the amiga for the last few weeks anonymously on here before
I decided to join.

Thing is it already makes me nostalgic for the old amiga scene where just about
everybody was friendly and helpful, and by reading the threads on here I see
that not much has changed.

I look forward to being a royal pain whilst i try to regain my long lost amiga knowledge as I really have not used an amiga for anything for years.

Wednesday is going to be a really busy day for me as i will be receiving all 3 systems
and testing them out. I wonder how long it will take me to break one of them?

Anyway it sure will be fun to learn something old (stuff forgotten in the mists of time).

I look forward to the wonders of upgrading either the a4000 or the a1200 not decided
which one is the better base for upgrades yet, as I do want one of them at least to
be able to run classic and os4.1 os.

Any thoughts??
