I consider myself lucky to have grown up when the amiga hit the big time. I started in computing on a spectrum 48k, and when all my friends were upgrading to plus 2 128k, my dad was blown away by dragons lair on a 1mb amiga 500 and sure enough santa was great to me and brought me a amiga 500 batman pack 1987/1988 not sure when. As bryan adams once said i played it til my fingers bled. I used it for games, deluxe paint and got a turbo sound sampler and did a lot of tracker software. I have never really given up on my love of computers since, but i always look back at the miggy days as the best. I loved the arguments with ST owners over which kit was the best.
Anyway i got upgraded to a1200. I have recently been asked by dad to clear out loft, and dusted it off and had a blast. I am thinking of getting accelerator and cf hd, so that why i joined this community.
