It's an really sad day / evening here.. my beloved Amiga dream have come to end. It's time to let it go and hopefully it will get an new home.
*FIRST OF*
Sorry for the photos, my mobilephone just decided to not boot up anymore a few days ago (have rewritten the FW about 5 times and now I just gave up..)
so using an very old backup phone, and I don't have anything else to take pictures with..
Feel free to ask for more pictures / videos of anything running, I will try to do it ASAP and update the thread.
A1200 (Can't see the mobo version due to mediator expansion is mounted, but most certain that it's the first (there is only one from escom?) escom model)
will ofcourse take everything apart and take photos of everything if wanted/needed!
+Subway USB (Only one usb backplate, can't find the second one)
+IDEFix Express
*+Ide->CF-Adapter
**+2x4gb CF-Cards (can only have one at a time in the amiga, good for backup / pc transfer with an second one tough
)
*+Ide-HardDrive 80Gb (I have alot of IDE disks, various sizes, up to 320gb, just tell if you want anything else, it's free / included in the price, and will be checked from errors before shipping!)
*+Ide-Cdrom Sony 24x CD-Rom burner (not sure of burning speed) It's to be honest the best CD-Rom I've ever had, Read CD's that you have been draging on asphalt. (I'm serious)
+Tower Led converter (Have no clue of brand/maker, it just convert the onboard led connection to an modern tower case led's)
+Tower converted PC floppy (AmigaKit)
+Lyra 2 Keyboard Adapter (Amiga->PS/2)
+Cocolino Mouse Adapter (Amiga->PS/2)
Can ship mouse with it, but the cable is kinda stripped of)
Swedish (PC PS/2) Keyboard can be provided if needed
Mediator 4 Pci V1.0 (Should be the latest MACH for this version of mediator)
*+AT->ATX Converter (PSU OR Y-SPLIT (Molex) CABLE WILL NOT!!! BE INCLUDED, THEY WILL MAKE YOU INSANE!.. buy new ones if you are interested in the case, which I highly doubt)
*+Soundblaster 128
*+Ethernet 10 MB/s
*+Voodoo 3 16MB
*(+Radeon (unknow state, never got it working, free within the package) (is showing up in pciinfo))
*(+Sil 3512 (unknow state, never got it working, free within the package) (is showing up in pciinfo))
BPPC 060@66 PPC - 300MHz (stachu upgraded), yes it's correct, it's 300MHz, NOT 333, It didn't want to coop with 333..
+128Mb 60Ns (2x64mb stick)
+Bvision 8Mb
+Scsi
*+Scsi Drive, Quantum Ultra3(U160) (Scsi 68p->50p adapter included, so is the BPPC -> 50p Cable)
*+Scsi ZipDrive + 4 Disks (If you decide to have this in the scsi chain, you HAVE to have an disk mounted, or wait 5-7 minutes each boot)
Software:
Amiga OS 4.1FE Classic
Mouse Drivers (Cocolino)
CybergraphX V4 (CD-Rom+Floppy) (For Bvision)
IDEFix Express Driver
Poseidon Driver+Software (this is freeware nowdays anyhow)
Drivers For Mediator + Updates on USB stick will come along
PPC Drivers (Obsolete, use online drivers, will ship floppy+cd-rom just because it's original)
AsimCDFS + IdeFix'97 (I have no clue, this might have been from another amiga..)
ALL SOFTWARE IS ON ORIGINAL DISKS, NOTHING LISTED HERE IS AN COPY NOR PIRATED!
Will come with Amiga OS 4.1 Preinstalled (if buyer wants it) otherwise all disks will be wiped clean before shipped (DD with zeroes to prevent data recovery)
no software that isn't listed under software will be installed nor shipped with the package.
Don't have my original OS 3.9 (I've lost it while moving) so I can't give you an pre-installed 68K enviroment or an copy of it.
Will prove that everything works before shipping ofcourse, but can't ship it with any WB beneath 4.1 since I don't have
the original installation media anymore.
Notes about this amiga:
Nothing really, everything works, just you config the software as it should.
If you decide to have the Scsi ZIPDrive connected to the SCSI chain, you HAVE to have an disk mounted, otherwise
the amiga will stand still for at boot (cold and reboot) around 5-7 minutes before booting.
I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO DON'T KNOW ABOUT AMIGA ENVIROMENT TO BUY THIS!.
Anyone thinking, Oh an chance to buy an high end amiga to start with.. spare yourself alot of headache and buy something else/emulate
It's stable, PPC does get hot, so extra fan cooling is most likely a must, even the BVISION, it can't be run passive.
If anything is struggling, it's the software, Can PROMISE that.
Just to make clear if you didn't know:
The BVision (CyberGraphX) and Radeon/Voodoo3 (Picasso) Can't be run in the same enviroment, just dual boot between each one
The Ethernet card is NOT supported in OS4.1 only 3.x (there exist ethernet card that works I'm told, this one does not)
The Voodoo 3 is NOT supported in OS4.1 only 3.x (It SHOULD had been working in 4.x mine just doesn't, amiga hangs when choosing screenmode from voodoo card..)
The BPPC SCSI is NOT supported in OS4.1 only 3.x
The case is an wreck, and I just assume nobody wants it (unless your'e from sweden and decide to pick it up localy)
It was an work in progress that didn't get the time and attention it needed/deserved.
so the case will just be free within the price, to decide you don't want it wont affect the price
neither will anything like harddrives or anything, you can choose not to have in the package
for cheaper shipping, but I will not make any withdrawn what so ever from the asking price!
Will take everything apart for more photos if anyone wants it
Packaging will be very carefully done with antistatic wrapping and foam around everything
and support barings within the package and something hard as bottom and top.
Asking: 2'300€ for the whole thing.
Buyer pays shipping + transfer fees, there should on an agreement be the total sum of 2300€+shipping cost.
any transfer fee is up to buyer to pay. Paypal ONLY.
Feel free to ask anything, will take it apart and take individual pictures / record video to show whatever you want to show it's working.
I might have another PSU where the fan is quiet and the cables not soldered here and there, as said, this has been an project that
have been given very little effort in the look department, I've got it working hardware/software wise to run old demos and for some nostalgy gaming nights.
