But it is not tested and it is not cheap IMHO.
If you want I could help you accuire it.

The Adapter is not very fast, what do you want connect over scsi to your Amiga?
If you are looking for a possibility to connect a CDROM I would really recommend to invest your money in a
PCGA-CD51/A
PCGA-DVD51
Sony CRX75A (16bit switch enabled)
Using the driver: http://aminet.net/package/driver/media/PcmciaCD.lha
It is IMHO opinion the best solution. The first 2 models are powered over PCMCIA directly so no additional power supply the last one is the cutest one, but it needs aditional power supply.
Funny i just saw there are also PCGA-CD51 with external power supply.
