The Commodore reboot that is taking place and digging up my old C64 from the cellar during my recent move in May, made me remember my teenage dreams of an Amiga.
Currently working on bringing the old Breadbin back to life and looking forward to experience again the thrills of Christmas 1982 when the C64 was under the tree.... this time with an Amiga!

Really glad there is still such a lively community, it's a huge support in going after my passion of a lifetime!

I just unboxed the C64 and it's Christmas again...
Serial number C103887 made in W.Germany (according to ChatGPT from the Commodore plant in Braunschweig - West Germany)
I also remember a ceramic chip when I opened the case back in the years. Chances are I got the very old SID...

Update: no chance. it's an 1983 motherboard so I had the wrong Christmas in mind (40+ years later)
