How to change 68040 by 68060 on BlizzardPPC

Does someone need to change 68040 into 68060? Here there is a video where it is possible to see how to do it.

I tried it years ago using an air station but the Blizzard did not boot. Then I bought in ebay a broken BPPC and repaired it.
