Hi all,

I have 2 x 2mb Ram boards from AmigaGTI and i have no idea how to address the 2mb ram. Looking at the jumpers on the board both are set for starting address at $200000. But as ive never addressed ram before im lost.
Any help would be great:)

Addmem 200000 to 3FFFFF

If you can set the second board to start at 400000, then the command will be

Addmem 200000 to 5FFFFF

Well............
Tested RAM Boards today and both seem to be faulty:(
I typed in CLI - addram $200000 to $3ffffff and no luck
So tryed addram $200000 to $5fffff still no luck.
I tryed "Autoaddram" and no luck the either.

Am i doing something wrong:(

Which address space they will take? Chances are you are issuing the wrong address space.

Normaly the addmem command looks: addmem 200000 400000

If the jumper for RAM adress is on $40 then: addmem 400000 600000

If you put addmem in C: and the jumper is set to $20 the full addmem command looks so: C:addmem 200000 400000
