Howdy from Oregon, USA! Where's the recycle bin?

Looking forward to maybe doing some buying and selling. I'm confused about the R cycle Bin that is mentioned in the rules. I don't see it anywhere. Is it just referring to the general practice of offering something for free, and not a reference to a specific forum category?

It is an actual category, I think the mods will need to set you up with an "AmiBayer" status to see it. Expect the recycle bin to be much, much less active than the rest of the site - many categories there haven't received a new post in years.

Thanks! I guess I assumed that the AmiBuyer status was automatically unlocked at some point. (Not that the assumption helped me either considering that I can't seem to find any place that lists my current rank/status.)
