Hey world,
I can't believe it is now a quarter century since I got my first Amiga 500, back when I lived in Scandinavia. I made a lot of demos on that thing. It's funny to think that this innocent hobby started my career as a programmer. I actually got my first job based on my demo programming skills.
I have been playing around with programming using the WinUAE for the tool chain http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=58703.
However, I want to get the full experience again, and want to run stuff on the real hardware. For me, the gold standard is the Amiga 500 with 1/2mb chip ram and 1/2mb fast ram.
Now I live in the US, please don't judge me harshly
And I am working in one of the large game companies, and while I don't program that much anymore, i still get down and dirty in the code sometimes.
